Black Walnut is a natural hardwood that develops a warmer, richer tone over time. Exposure to light and air may cause the wood to gradually lighten and develop subtle reddish-brown hues. This is a normal characteristic of genuine walnut and is not considered a defect. As a result, newly purchased tables or chairs may exhibit slight color variations when placed alongside previously purchased pieces. These natural differences will gradually blend as the wood continues to age and develop its rich patina.
